The last decades of the twentieth century were commemorated by significant achievements in Russian industry development. Polyplast Group has made a gross contribution to this process Company approved itself as the leading special-purpose chemical products manufacturer.
In the current context the further effectivization, quality improvement and technological development gain in special importance.
Meanwhile the business of every production is the many-sided and exacting sector with its own particularities and approaches. The question of Company mission statement in these business conditions is not vain. Our main task in formulating of values and mission was creation a code of the main Company’s ideas and values. The key ones of them are fixed in a slogan: “Idea. Quality. Matter”Besides, according to our strong conviction, the mission of the Company must not have a formal nature in any way. On the contrary, it must be exactly formulated, very dynamic and should represent an applied information for employees of Polyplast Group as well as for its colleagues and partners. Our mission is the reflector of the ideas and tasks we have realized or going to realize in the foreseeable future.
QUALITY
We are proud that our Company by right is the leader of the Russian concrete admixtures market. At the same time we understand that difficulty is not that to become first in the specific field but to aim at being first.
The consumer bets on the quality of the production. The double responsibility is laid on us: we produce the admixtures which must satisfy the requirements not only of our clients, but also of the ultimate consumers. That is the reason why we intend to increase and to improve the quality as the main indicator.
MATTER
In the short term of development the following trends are set:
- Consolidation of the position on Russian admixtures market;
- Dynamic research of clients’ requirements and searching of trends to improve the assortment of the production;
- Development of new products with the use of our own test basis and recruitment of professionals of the best scientific research companies;
- Implemention of innovative technologies in the admixtures production.
- Appear at the level of European quality standards and ecological compatibility of the production.
